Notes

Tips:

● Opt for a high-quality white wine. I prefer using a Sauvignon blanc for this recipe, but
a Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay works well too.
● Ensure all your ingredients are prepared and within easy reach on your kitchen
counter. This recipe cooks quickly, so having everything ready is essential.
● The shrimp is cooked in a mixture of butter and oil to prevent the butter from burning.
If you prefer, you can use only butter, but keep in mind that it will start to brown as the
shrimp cook.
