  • Step 1:Begin by flattening each chicken breast half to a uniform thickness of 1⁄4 inch. Thisensures even cooking and a tender texture. Next, prepare a shallow bowl filled withflour.Take each piece of chicken and gently dip it into the flour, making sure to coatboth sides thoroughly. Once the chicken is evenly covered with flour, give it a gentleshake to remove any excess. This step not only adds a light, crisp exterior but alsohelps the chicken cook evenly and retain its moisture.
  • Step 2:Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
